MANAGER / FULL TIME
Opportunity to join one of Australia's Premium Self Storage Operators.
Established in 1979, Public Self Storage is one of Australia's premium storage facilities. Public Self Storage is a fast growing family run business, offering stable, essential employment in a fun, family orientated culture.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager with the flexibility to work a rotating roster.
You will be responsible for
- Customer Service
- Daily running of the facility
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Providing ongoing training to the team
- Contract management
- Visit all sites
- Assisting the operations manager
The successful candidate, will have the following attributes:
· Leadership and direct sales experience
· Previous experience in retail, hospitality or an admin role.
· A passion for delivering quality customer service, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
· Ability to boost sales through setting targets
· Be a team player, who can drive our innovative sales team
· Strong administration, computer, written and verbal skills
· Be self-motivated and organised, and have a high attention to detail
· Be goal orientated and results driven
· A stable work history
· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· A driver's licence and own car is essential
· Staff training and HR skills
· Able to travel between sites as needed
