Receptionist/Administration
We are an established cabinet maker with over 20 years in business. We are a rapidly growing company, full of opportunity for professional growth.
We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our team in our Sunshine office!
You MUST have a can-do attitude, be a team player and be willing to help where needed.
The position would be best suited to someone energetic, enthusiastic, focused and willing to learn. You will have experience with Microsoft office, Reckon (Quickbooks).
Experience in the Kitchen/Construction industry will be highly advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering and managing calls
- Client Liaison and bookings
- Ordering and receiving parts
- Liaising with builders, designers, and other colleagues
- Accurate data entry into the company database
- Ordering and stocking office and kitchen supplies
- Organising building maintenance and repairs
- Keeping the office and showroom clean & tidy
- Other administrative duties as required
