STORE MANAGER – FULL TIME

We seek a strong and experienced Store Manager who is ready to hit the ground running!
The Role:
We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work a rotating roster, this would include every second weekend and be on call as needed. This opportunity is a Full Time Store Manager to manage our facility based in Braybrook but with travel to our other locations. You will be focused on driving customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the properties presentation, cleanliness standards, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The successful candidate, will have the following attributes:
· Leadership and direct sales experience
· Previous store management experience in retail or hospitality
· A passion for delivering quality customer service, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
· Ability to boost sales through setting targets
· Be a team player, who can drive our innovative sales team
· Strong administration, computer, written and verbal skills
· Be self-motivated and organised, and have a high attention to detail
· Be goal orientated and results driven
· A stable work history
· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· A driver's licence and own car is essential
