Senior Account Executive

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance broker to join our dynamic and successful Corporate team.
The successful candidate will have a good level of industry knowledge across general insurance, have experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.

We will count on you to:
- Ensure the timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties including invoices, quotes, renewals and debtors' activities.
- Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
- Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a small portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
- Liaise with clients & insurers and addressing any basic enquiries raised.
- Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.
What you need to have:
- Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
- Experience across Corporate is desirable.
- Completed Tier 1.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
