Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage key client portfolio – Lead from the front
- Support the Office Principal with mentorship of junior team members
- Negotiations and Account Management of key clients
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Work closely with head office and the claims team
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of Insurance Broking and Accounts Management
- Knowledge of NT general insurance policies – Construction, Energy, Engineering, Property, Infrastructure etc
- You MUST be Tier 1 accredited
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Passionate about insurance
- Being a close-knit team, you must be willing work collaboratively to achieve success
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
