As a Senior Level Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the coordination of reporting, presentation and analysis of cost drivers, forecasts and budgets to respective business units.
Further responsibilities include report design, analysis of key performance indicators, financial modelling, financial presentations and management reporting through the Finance Business Partner.
Essential

including Senior Management.
• A self-starter who can work autonomously with limited supervision,
pro-actively manage and effectively prioritise workload, perform self-review for
quality output and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and decisiveness with problem solving, translating data insights into
practical advice and recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and technical skills with the ability to implement and develop quality policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated use of accounting software, advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Broad knowledge of accounting concepts and their
practical application, including preparation of financial
reports, such as financial statements and
management reports.
• Considerable budget, forecasting and management
accounting experience.
• Experience in providing risk-based financial advice,
resolution of complex financial issues and delivering
quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in collaborating, successfully
building and maintaining appropriate relationships
across all levels, with a proven capacity to effectively
manage complex issues and situations in a culturally
diverse environment.
• Proven experience in analysing data and interpreting
financial information effectively.
Desirable
Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, management, or other relevant discipline with either Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant qualification. Broad knowledge of accounting concepts and their
practical application, including preparation of financial
reports, such as financial statements and
management reports.
• Considerable budget, forecasting and management
accounting experience.
• Experience in providing risk-based financial advice,
resolution of complex financial issues and delivering
quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in collaborating, successfully
building and maintaining appropriate relationships

• Proven experience in analysing data and interpreting
financial information effectively.
Experience in a large corporate environment in
utilities, manufacturing, construction, asset
management or mining.
