About the Role
Our Senior Account Manager role is pivotal to the success of the relationships we have with key clients, working across the full suite of services but specialising in live activation, both in-store, experiential and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with clients, and be seen as a trusted partner delivering exceptional client services
- Work with the strategy and creative teams, on response to brief, and proactive opportunities for key clients
- Actively seek and develop opportunities for organic growth with assigned clients, and opportunities for new clients; budget accountability
- Internal liaison across departments to deliver against campaign objectives
We are ideally looking for candidates with agency experience who excel in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated self-starters. Successful individuals are results-driven and excel at multitasking, work effectively both independently and in a team, and embrace challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and numerical skills, along with the ability to leverage sales data, software, and field management technology to generate insights that influence key accounts. Ongoing training and support will be provided.
