The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to lead and nurture relationships with prime accounts at the executive level. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and market the client's products within a designated region. Responsibilities include conducting negotiations, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, reporting directly to the Branch Sales Manager.
The Requirement:
- To excel in this role, you will need:
- A solid background in marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of the chemical/raw materials industry.
- Formal qualifications in Chemistry, Marketing, Commerce, or a related business discipline.
- Proven experience in account management, specifically with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- A strategic mindset, understanding the value of key clients and the importance of fostering strong relationships.
- The capability to drive sales, aiming for a turnover exceeding AUD$4.0 million per year.
