Our Gold Coast office is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with 3-4 years’ experience to join us. Working closely with the Directors and Managers, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of accounting and Business Advisory Services to a range of middle market clients.

About the Role:
Having previously worked in a similar role, you will possess the ability to manage a busy workload together with a strong client service focus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparation of BAS and IAS returns
- Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and associated entities
- Preparation of tax returns
- Tax planning
- Acting as point of contact for a range of clients across industries
About You:
The successful candidate must have:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both within your team and with clients
- Responsibility, integrity and a professional outlook
- A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems as they arise
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in providing Business Advisory solutions for clients
- Current experience with accounting software packages i.e. Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon & MYOB
- Current experience with APS Practice Manager and related software will be favourably regarded, however is not essential
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce
- Completed CA program
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional services firm
