Senior Accountant In A Business Advisory Team (Management Accounting/Compliance)

Our client is a mid-tier progressive firm in Sydney western suburbs, emphasis on quality work, client contact, room for progression, full CA/CPA support.
With multiple offices in Sydney, this company has grown to become a Top 10 accounting firm offering a range of services including business services, audit, corporate advisory, and insolvency.
About the firm:
The firm has a strong client focus and has built a reputation on personal customer service and offering more than just "compliance accounting" services. As such, they have built a loyal client base with consistent business referrals.
Due to increased work load, they now have a newly created position and are seeking an accountant with similar client values to join their Business Advisory team in the Parramatta office.
The role:

• Management accounting/budgeting 60% Compliance 40%
• Prepare tax returns and financial statements for all entities
• Completing quarterly and yearly management reporting
• Accompanying Partners and Managers to client meetings
• Preparation of income tax returns for group structures
• Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS
• Assisting and mentoring graduate level staff
• Proficiently use XERO, and XPM
