About the role
Our client is recruiting for a Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone seeking career advancement, offering exposure to diverse clients and a clear progression Path to Management.
Your duties and responsibilities include,
- Help to manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entities.
- Provide compliance and advisory services to clients.
- Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring and planning.
- Attend client meetings with Manager and Partners.
- Help to supervise junior and intermediate accountants.
- Support the firm Partners and assist with the strategic direction of the firm.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Commerce required
- CA/CPA qualified or close to completion
- Experience managing or assisting in the management of staff
- Process and procedure driven
- Experience managing a client portfolio and building strong client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
