Senior Accountant (Property)

Our client is a successful Property company located in Botany with onsite parking available. They are currently on the hunt for a Senior Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the Senior Accountant, you will report to a talented CFO and be responsible for an interesting portfolio of properties. Duties will include (but not limited to): 

• Asset Accounting
• Analysis of lease outgoings
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Prepare monthly reporting packs including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis and variance commentaries
• Prepare outgoings reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
• Involvement in process improvement projects

To be considered for this Senior Accountant role you will meet the following criteria:

• Professional Accounting qualification (CA / CPA or equivalent)
• Property industry (highly regarded)
• MRI experience (highly regarded)
• Those who have worked as a Financial Accountant or Corporate Accountant (or similar) within the property space are welcome to apply
