About The Opportunity
As a Senior Accounting Administrator, you will play a key role in the financial operations of the company.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and screening calls, taking messages
- Managing accounts payable, data entry, and invoice payments
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Organising electronic and paper document management
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a similar accounting administration role
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Earn $70,000K pa + Super + Incentives
