Here’s the lowdown: our client is on the hunt for a Senior Accounts Clerk who's ready to drive their way through the complexities of dealership accounting. As our Senior Accounts Clerk, you'll dive into a role that's more than just numbers – it's about becoming a pivotal part of a team that powers our success. From handling day-to-day financial tasks to supporting the Administration Manager, you'll ensure our engines keep running smoothly.
 
What's on your dashboard:

• Provide relief across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Deal Processing.
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with various administration and general accounting tasks as needed.
• Learn all aspects of the administration department when not filling in for other roles. 

What you bring to the team:

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoyment of both teamwork and independent work.
• Experience in administration or accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
