YOUR NEW ROLE
Being the RIGHT HAND to 2 talented Personal Injury lawyers, you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of assisting them doing justice for plaintiff clients who have suffered injuries from car accidents.
Key responsibilities include preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, legal research, reviewing medical evidence, preparing briefs for barristers, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a Paralegal/Law Clerk/legal secretary;
- Have minimum 12 months experience (preferably more) in Personal Injury law (preferably plaintiff, open to defendant) including CTP/motor vehicle accidents (ESSENTIAL);
- Have solid understanding of the CTP process/procedures across the ‘life-cycle’ of the claim (ESSENTIAL);
- Are a proactive SELF-STARTER, thrive in a busy fast-paced environment;
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal);
- Are a strong team player, love Personal Injury law+ helping your clients;
