Robank Manufacturing are seeking a self-starter with a proactive attitude for this diverse role in our large equine and manufacturing company. The successful applicant plays an integral role in the smooth-running of our organisation and will be required to ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable and reconciliations.
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering invoices into the Accounts Payable system
- Processing payments
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Preparing invoices / statements for payment
- Prepare and lodge BAS, Payroll tax and Superannuation
- Bank reconciliations
- Relief payroll
- Maintain backups
- General administration
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business - manufacturing environment
- Cert IV would be an advantage
- Current Drivers License and reliable transport (as no public transport avail.)
- Extensive experience using MYOB Accounting Software including inventory
- Excellent reconciliation skills - analytical ability and a high level of accuracy
- BAS, Payroll tax, PAYG and Superannuation experience
- Professional manner
- Must be able to multi-task
- Relief payroll (MYOB)
- Account processing and general administration
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Most important, a great work ethic and a positive, friendly, can-do attitude
