Looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process.

They are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team and to support their expanding operations.

THE ROLE

• Full Function AP Processing
• Supplier Statement & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Processing invoices and meticulously recording all payments made
• Reviewing and verifying all payments and expenses, which may involve cross-checking with purchase orders, payroll records and invoices
• Reconciling monthly payable reports
• Compiling and preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports

THE PERSON

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting environment, with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in previous standalone AP positions
• Previous experience in real estate, property, property management, services-based industries is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and proficiency in financial reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, and experience in accounting software
