We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable processes, with specific experience in using Dext and managing recharges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payments.
- Utilize Dext for efficient management and processing of receipts and invoices.
- Handle recharges and ensure proper allocation of costs to relevant departments or clients.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all Accounts Payable activities
- Provide support for audits and compliance requirements
- Liase and reconcile supplier statements
What you need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Dext for managing receipts and invoices.
- Strong understanding of recharges and cost allocation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are preferred.
