Senior Accounts/Administrator & Accounts Assistant (Two Vacancies)

We are seeking for an immediate start an experienced Senior/Accounts Administrator, as well as an Accounts Assistant.
These roles are 5 days a week (8am 5pm), however, are open to negotiation for the right candidates.
Tasks involved across the two roles include;General reception duties; answering phone, greeting visitors, signing for incoming deliveries.
Data Entry; MYOB, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Accounts Payable; invoice matching, account coding, entry to MYOB and statements (end of month Reconciliations).
Maintaining office supplies and staff amenities.
Site entry and other travel bookings.
Other administrative duties; filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Assisting other Office Administration staff and the Operations Manager.
Payroll.
Debtors Invoices.
Managing 30days accounts.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations.
BAS Reporting.
