With a strong presence across the country this firm is committed to helping clients navigate complex financial challenges with confidence and integrity. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their dynamic team as an Insolvency Senior.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing insolvency and restructuring engagements, providing expert guidance and support to clients in need. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for insolvency and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of insolvency and restructuring engagements including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcy cases.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and investigations to assess the financial position of clients and develop tailored recovery strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and recommendations for stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with legal counsel, creditors and other stakeholders to facilitate the insolvency process and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout engagements.
  • Stay informed about changes in insolvency laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, preferably in a public accounting firm or advisory environment.
  • CA qualification or actively completing CA preferred with a solid understanding of accounting principles and insolvency legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning with a desire to excel in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
