Senior Admin Officer

Jet Plumbing and Gas are a local, family owned company and we’re looking for a highly motivated and dedicated full time Senior Admin Officer to join our friendly team. The individual we are looking for must work well within a team, as well as on their own within a busy office. Great opportunity for personal growth and development within the company.

About the role:

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):-

• Invoicing and reconciliation
• Liaising with Bookkeeper
• Payroll
• Managing company fleet
• General office duties
• Onboarding of new employees

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes: -

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Strong communication and general administrative skills 
• High organisation with the ability to multitask and prioritise with accuracy
• Confident, friendly telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Willingness to learn, and demonstrate initiative 
• Previous experience in the Plumbing Industry, Administration or Property Management regarded
• Previous experience with ServiceM8 would be advantageous but not essential
• Good knowledge in computer applications such as: Xero, Job Management, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel 
• Punctual, reliable and hard working
