Jet Plumbing and Gas are a local, family owned company and we’re looking for a highly motivated and dedicated full time Senior Admin Officer to join our friendly team. The individual we are looking for must work well within a team, as well as on their own within a busy office. Great opportunity for personal growth and development within the company.
About the role:
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):-
- Invoicing and reconciliation
- Liaising with Bookkeeper
- Payroll
- Managing company fleet
- General office duties
- Onboarding of new employees
The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes: -
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong communication and general administrative skills
- High organisation with the ability to multitask and prioritise with accuracy
- Confident, friendly telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Willingness to learn, and demonstrate initiative
- Previous experience in the Plumbing Industry, Administration or Property Management regarded
- Previous experience with ServiceM8 would be advantageous but not essential
- Good knowledge in computer applications such as: Xero, Job Management, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Punctual, reliable and hard working
