About the role
Supporting Agents and an Executive Assistant (EA), this newly created position will provide administrative support to help the team continue to deliver high clientele service and sales success.
The right candidate will receive intensive training, to ensure their ability to work autonomously whilst in a collaborative team environment.
This position would suit an experienced Administrator, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager who is seeking true work life balance with flexible days and hours.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating internal database
- Weekly and monthly reports for vendors
- Supporting existing EA, and Agents with general administrative duties
- Social media management
- Day to day running of the office
Professional experience and personal attributes required to be successful in this position:
- Minimum of five years high level administrative experience
- Real estate experience advantageous
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry highly desirable, not essential
- Proficient with Microsoft suite, Word and Excel
- Strong initiative to work proactively
- Excellent time, management, skills, abilities and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional attitude
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Agricultural knowledge an advantage, not essential
This is a permanent part-time position, offering an immediate start date. It is based in our Brisbane office on Eagle Street, Brisbane City. Offering flexible hours to accomodate the right candidate.
