The Role
A full-time permanent opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Admin/HR Officer to join our team in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the HR Manager this role is requires a dynamic hardworking individual with excellent communication skills & the ability to multi-task.
You will be responsible for looking after the on-boarding and recruitment needs of all our blue-collar employee’s including arranging inductions, medicals and providing administrative support during their employment.
As part of your duties, you will:
- Be responsible for Onboarding, and induction of successful candidates
- Arranging & conduct interviews, background checks, prepare letters of offer, contracts alongside preparing employee termination and exit paperwork.
- Collate all recruitment paperwork, create, and input new employee details in our system.
- Liaise with unsuccessful candidates to provide feedback where required.
- Maintaining employee databases with up to date information of all tickets & qualifications.
- Manage and communicate effectively with management and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

- Monitor, perform and conduct HR Systems tasks and audits, as required
- Assisting with the implementation of HR processes/tools for use across the business to improve HR processes and procedures
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
Position Requirements
- Strong organisational and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from different backgrounds,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a Human Resources and environment is desirable but not necessary, and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
