The Role:
- Provide support to our Service, Finance, Sales and Project teams
- Assist with client inductions and maintaining client portals
- Maintain HSEQ records and registers
- Assist with the organisation of vehicle and asset maintenance and inspections
- Compile asset maintenance records and produce reports
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General administration support
Who we are looking for:
- A willingness to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive jobs through to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi task.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Experience with using Microsoft products including Word and Excel
