About the Role
- To provide, develop and maintain an efficient, effective, ethical, and confidential administrative and operational support for State-wide Postgraduate Training in Psychiatry (PGT) program. PGT oversees the training for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) training program in Qld. PGT Facilitates quality education processes for trainees to achieve fellowship, supporting the coordination of education, training, and research activities for the Department.
- Provide specialist knowledge to stakeholders to ensure the efficient management and provision of trainee pathways to fellowship for Postgraduate Training in Psychiatry within Queensland Health in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines, and relevant legislation.
- Develop, compile, and update policy guidelines, procedure and operational manuals for PGT within scope of position to increase efficiency and role transparency, and provide, interpret and analyse information for internal /external clients.
