The role:
An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a seasoned administrator to support our Office of the Chief Executive. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a progressive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure the day-to-day administrative operations of the Office of the Chief Executive are impeccably organised and delivered to the highest standards.
- Support and Service: Provide administrative support by managing incoming phone calls, greeting guests and Directors, and handling enquiries with the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify, enhance, and maintain administrative processes for Bellberry, including regular reviews of operational procedures, policies, and workflows.
- Collaboration: Foster constructive working relationships and facilitate effective information exchange across the organisation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior management or an executive team.
- Skills: Exceptional judgment, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work independently with discretion and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: A resilient and flexible approach to managing change, with the ability to re-prioritise and respond with urgency as needed.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: High-level IT literacy, with proficiency in standard office software and tools.
