Role overview:
The Senior Land Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of administration support for the sale, construction and settlement of land parcels within Fairland land estates. This role will also provide leadership and guidance to the Land Administration team as you work together with the development team to deliver unique and exciting outcomes.
Key to success in the role will be measured through the delivery of a proactive approach, attention to detail, ability to communicate and work within a team environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the land sales consultant to facilitate land contracts and settlement requirements for land sales.
- Manage internal reporting systems and databases.
- Process of documentation required for payment of authority fees and bonding with council/authority.
- Assist the Development Manager in the coordination of consultants and preparation of construction updates.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years or equivalent experience in related property field
- Understanding of the building and construction industry, in particular land acquisition, sales and the settlements process
- Passion for residential developments, and values that align with ours
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
