Your duties will include but not limited to:Support the clients IT Delivery Enablement team; respond to incoming enquiries and requests in a proactive, accurate, customer-focused and professional manner.Respond to complex operational, procedural, administrative and business support related enquiries and apply the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide advice and services.Prepare documentation (e.g., reports, minutes of meetings, presentations, correspondence), using the full range and features of Microsoft 365 applications, in accordance with the requirements and standards of the business unit.Requirements for role:8 + years experience providing administrative support to an IT function (or similar).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Advanced computer literacy with proficiency using the Microsoft 365 applications.Experience working in the Energy sector.Able to pass a pre employment medialAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's leading, privately owned recruitment provider to the mining, construction, engineering, oil and gas and healthcare sectors.
