About The Role
Based on site at Mount Pleasant Operation, the Senior Administration Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager & Senior Leadership team and actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment while communicating openly and honestly at all times. This role will be available as either a full time or part time option.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team
- Proactively coordinate and manage calendars, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Project Manager & Senior Leaders
- Prepare and distribute internal & external high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
- Agenda & meeting preparation, preparing detailed and accurate minutes
- Proof reading & formatting documents
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings – booking venues, ordering catering
- Tracking of, and assistance with site projects
- Organise events (site, offsite, promotional and community)
- Stakeholder engagement across projects
- Prepare and format client correspondence
About You
- You will hold a Certificate III or higher in business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- You are able to work collaboratively and manage relationships with others
- You adhere to the confidentiality of high-level information
