Description
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a great industry. This role is full time, with parking on site and flexible working conditions.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Generating purchase requisitions.
- Assisting with end of month invoicing.
- Preparation of documents and reports
- General Administration across multiple business units
- Organise and co-ordinate travel arrangements for department as required.
Profile
To enable you to hit the ground running you will come with prior Senior Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- An in-depth knowledge of SAP
- Understand the PURCHASE REQUISITION process
- A willingness to learn
- A proactive and collaborative approach
