Position Overview:
Are you ready to elevate your career with JOEST, a leading international OEM? We're on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar mid-sized business environment, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate multiple corporate projects, we want to hear from you! This role involves supporting a variety of areas including ERP implementation, facilities, finance, payroll, HR, HSE, and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Serve as the Project Coordinator for corporate projects initiated by the Managing Director (MD).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the MD.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for the Board and external stakeholders regularly.
2. Corporate Services Administration:
- Assist with day-to-day general financial administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate wages and salary payments.
- Aid HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar mid-sized business environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of administration across all areas of Corporate Services.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations effectively and efficiently.
