Your duties will include:Providing general office and sales administration support;Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and industry partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction;Leverage technology to improve efficiency, service delivery and client engagement;Implement and manage sales and property management software and other technological tools;Deal with conveyancers/solicitors on exchange and settlement matters;Ensure the agency complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; Stay informed about changes in Real Estate legislation and implement necessary adjustments to office practices and procedures;Manage insurance policies, licenses, etc;Manage trust accounts in compliance with Australian Real Estate regulations and laws;Manage bookkeeping duties ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and payroll;Monitor cash flow and manage financial discrepancies and challenges;Oversee financial aspects of the business, including reporting; andImprove and streamline systems. To succeed in this role you'll have:Previous administration experience;Previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous;A Certificate Of Registration is highly desired;An exceptional customer service ethos;High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detailThe ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;A focused, proactive and motivated personality;A strong work ethic and positive outlook;The ability to take initiative;High level problem solving and time management skills;The ability to work effectively under pressure;Fantastic personal presentation;Excellent communication skills;A professional phone manner;Experience with Data entry;A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies;Strong computer skill set;A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;Punctual; andForward thinking.
