We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and support the construction function of the business. This role will be required at head office, and on-site where you'll have an opportunity to assist in the close out of developments and the transition into setting up new builds.

Alignment: You are an experienced Contracts Administrator who has been part of project delivery teams who have delivered large scale $50m+ residential apartment projects.  You can read and interpret plans, understand technical construction methodology and have the contractual and financial skills to give your PM confidence with your cost reporting and trade recs.
