In this role you will:
The Senior Advisor, Energy is responsible for:
- Supporting the Energy Senior Leadership Team to collaboratively develop and regularly report on, and deliver on, annual operational plans.
- Facilitate regular opportunities for whole of Division communication, collaboration and development, including proactively driving a series of internal workshops on energy-specific regulatory topics.
- Coordinate regular briefings from the Energy Senior Leadership Team as well as other executives from the Essential Services Commission to key external stakeholders – ensuring that agendas and written materials are delivered on time, and to a high standard.
- Facilitate several energy industry operational roundtable workshops annually – bringing together industry and community stakeholders with an interest in the economic regulation of Victoria's energy sector.
- Lead the Executive Director office team, foster teamwork and support and develop staff.
- Undertake a range of governance, risk and compliance functions.
