About the Role:
1KOMMA5 is on a mission to reduce carbon emissions for Australian households. Help us make a real difference as the next generation of smart energy management technology arrives.
In this role, you'll primarily engage with customers over the phone, as well as in-home visits and Zoom meetings. You will guide them in selecting solar, storage, EV chargers, heat pumps and home automation solutions.
You'll work with leads generated from our marketing efforts - prospects that have expressed their interest (NO COLD CALLING). Leveraging our marketing and CRM systems, high performers will be able to consistently exceed targets.

We're Seeking:
This role is ideal for articulate, self-motivated individuals who are ready to take an exciting, challenging, and rewarding step forward in their careers with long-term growth prospects.
Sales experience is a must, with a preference for those with a background in high-value retail or B2C sales.
Solar experience isn't necessary, however, you will need to show the willingness to dive in and learn quickly if you want to make the transition to the renewable energy industry.

Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in using software systems to manage your sales pipeline including CRM management, quoting software and reporting
- Reliable, independent, and trustworthy
- Great communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Sales skills - to be successful in this role you will need to be good at building rapport and closing
Successful individuals in this role are self-motivated, KPI-driven (aiming for above-average results), confident, quick learners, and comfortable with technology such as CRMs and quoting software.

Salary: Base salary + commission - OTE are up to and over $150,000+ per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some days after hours, some Saturdays, plus occasional events such as open days and Home Shows.
