The Senior Advisor Education and Engagement leads a small, externally focused team to that drives impactful community education events and webinars, develops high-quality educational resources, and leads collaborative and timely stakeholder engagement activities. In this role, you and your team will be a lead contributor to helping achieve the RTA's strategic objective to extend positive influence and impact in the rental sector.
Operating within a customer-focused, corporate environment that values your leadership skills, professional judgement and contributions, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that partners with all areas of the RTA to provide strategic advice and quality outcomes. You will respond quickly and effectively to planned, emerging and urgent opportunities, issues and trends. Importantly, you will be committed to continuous growth and be flexible to change and operating at pace to help achieve the RTA's strategic objectives and digital transformation.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in planning and overseeing the delivery of effective and professional digital and in-person events, Education and Engagement activities
- Ability to oversee and facilitate productive and engaging key sector meetings including the RTA's strategic Stakeholder Forum and operational Stakeholder Working Group
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Proven experience in collaborating and partnering with diverse and high-profile community and stakeholder groups and internal subject matter experts to develop ongoing collaborative education activities and resources, deliver high quality outcomes, and manage timely responses to stakeholder enquiries
- Strong time management and the ability to work under pressure and confidently manage and adapt flexibly to shifting priorities and leading through change
- Demonstrated leadership experience to lead, coach and develop a small team of subject matter experts and Engagement professionals, including giving and being responsive to timely 360 feedback
