SENIOR Advisor – Group Internal Communications

No two days are the same for the Communications team. The Senior Advisor, Group Internal Communications will lead the development, coordination and execution of strategic and engaging Internal Communications, including good news stories about our team members, business-critical updates, and operational information and news. We have more than 20,000 team members across three properties in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, and offer the very best of premium hotel, dining, gambling and entertainment experiences, so we're never short of great content to share across the business! The role will also be responsible for end-to-end Internal Communications campaign delivery and will support the success of the Internal Communications Strategy, in line with the overarching Group Communications Strategy.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, coordination and and delivery of engaging Internal Communications campaigns using the appropriate channels to promote team member engagement and deliver key messages in a timely and effective way.
- Proactively source content to develop and execute strategic Internal Communications that align with Crown’s Group Communications Strategy and Group Corporate Strategy and seek to build team member awareness and engagement.
- Source, draft and edit content for internal channels including regular Group newsletters, Workplace and messages from senior leaders.
- Contribute to the Internal Communications calendar, channels, and the implementation of key campaigns, ensuring messaging is on brand, relevant and reflective of Crown’s purpose and values.
- Be a trusted Senior Advisor and support the Group Internal Communications Manager on sensitive and complex Internal Communications challenges and issues.
- Develop and maintain administration systems and procedures within the broader communications team including reporting and finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and procedures and implement changes in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively build positive relationships with key stakeholders and functions to ensure timely, aligned, and effective Internal Communications.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Crown PlaySafe Code of Conduct.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a communications role.
- Proven experience working in a large-scale corporate environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing in communications plans.
- Experience in working with current and emerging digital media.
- Experience utilising Workplace by Meta or equivalent.
