We provide essential maintenance, engineering and specialized project services and solutions across the following four service streams to the mining & resources, oil & gas, waste & water, power & renewable energy, and defence & infrastructure industries.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Advisorjoin to our WA People & Culture Team, who will provide operational support for people related matters to Tasmea subsidiary businesses, via our Shared Services model. The WA People & Culture Team is an integral part of the national Tasmea Shared Service function, which provides recruitment outcomes and operational support throughout the employee life cycle to our specialist mining maintenance businesses.
Businesses within the Tasmea Group specialize in project delivery and maintenance services for predominately mining clients, providing expert capability within electrical trades, including high-voltage and rope access scopes of work. The People & Culture Team works closely with our General Managers to support their teams with performance management, including counselling & disciplinary procedures, employee engagement and retention, employee pay & benefits and immigration matters. The P&C Team also supports an Apprentice Program, upskilling & development initiatives and is integral in supporting employee equity within industrial relations objectives.
This newly created role will work within a small team of dedicated professionals and develop close working relationships with the teams on site that they support.

- Provide operational people management advice and support, including the associated documentation.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment and payroll to ensure the various business areas have their unique employee value proposition clearly defined and documented.
- Ensure contemporary industrial relations changes are understood by our business leaders, including interpretations of applicable awards.
- 5 or more years’ experience in providing operational HR or Industrial Relations advice.
- In-depth knowledge of employment contracts, with experience in drafting tailored project clauses.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other associated discipline.
