About the role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor Strategy & Services to work alongside the GM and RTIO’s Integrated Planning Leadership Team, to develop and deliver the strategy, improvement initiatives and annual plan for the division.
This role will see you be the custodian of the divisional rhythms and routines to ensure that key priorities and improvement initiatives remain on track. You will work closely with the Integrated Planning GM and Manager group to deliver the strategic plan and further build the network and community across the division.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, supported by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. Working from Central Park, with flexible working options considered, you will have the opportunity to bring your whole self to work to reach your full potential.
Reporting to the Manager Studies and Development Strategy, you will:
- In partnership with the Leadership Team, be responsible for developing the 5-year Strategy & roadmap for Integrated Planning
- Support the Integrated Planning GM and leadership team to develop standard rhythms and routines which support delivery of the strategy and priority programmes.
- Monitor progress of priority programmes against commitments in the strategy and highlight risks against delivery as required.
- Be the Integrated Planning risk champion for the department integrating our diverse risk portfolios and engage directly with Risk Business Partner.
- Collaborate closely with similar roles across the Operational & Technical Services (OTS) division to build, communicate and track performance against the 90-day plan.
- Conduct analysis to frame complex business problems and develop clear and concise project scopes and work plans to resolve.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes and implement sustainable solutions to complex business problems.
- Support GM and departments with standardisation of key processes and procedures.

Where you’ll be working
Perth based role in our Central Park Office.
