Universal Energy Australia is a Perth Based company with a number of ongoing and up and coming projects throughout Australia and South East Asia
We provide a HV testing, commissioning and maintenance service to a wide range of customers across many industries including major utilities, heavy industry and oil & gas both onshore and offshore.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior HSE Advisor for a long term FIFO Project
We are seeking suitable candidates for min 6 month contract positions.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be asked to work in remote locations on a 2/1 fixed FIFO rotation form Perth or 3/1 from eastern states
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an operational and/or construction environment as a Senior Health and Safety professional
- Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
- Protection relay programming and settings changes.
- Experience in leading significant incident investigations
- Previous experience in a FIFO site-based role
- Confidence to present information to others and engage in positive field leadership interactions
- Have strong computer skills including the use of MS Office Suite and incident management systems
- White Card and Drivers Licence
- Be a clear communicator with the ability to lead and coach safe behavior's, risk assessments, workplace interactions and incident investigation processes
