As the Agile Marketing Leader, you will leads a team of brand managers and assistant brand managers, overseeing a variety of marketing projects across the organisation.
This role is about steering the team’s workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. As a key player, you will drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You will facilitate seamless collaboration within the squad, across the marketing function, and with other departments like sales, product development, customer service, and external agencies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the workload of the flexible pool of Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers, assigning them to different marketing projects based on their skills, availability, and their development plans.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to the squad members, ensuring that they deliver high-quality marketing outputs that meet the expectations of the internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing leadership team to ensure alignment and integration of the marketing projects across the organisation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Agile Marketing processes, practices, and standards, sharing best practices and lessons learned with the squad and the wider marketing function.
- Enable the building of excellence in capability amongst the Brand and Assistant Brand Managers in the squad by giving individuals the right development opportunities when assigning projects
- Support the Senior Agile Marketing Leader to Implement Agile Methodologies: Lead the adoption of agile practices within the marketing department, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Process Optimisation: Identifying and resolving bottlenecks to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
About you:
- Exceptional people leadership skills and experience
- Substantial experience in Marketing
- Strong FMCG background and understanding of the consumer goods industry
- Strong project management experience
- Experience working in agile desirable
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills
- Agency experience desirable
