ABOUT YOUR TEAM 

The Commercial Team within CCEP’s Licensed division is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Licensed strategies through strong commercial acumen and insightful analysis into the operations of the business. The team acts as a key business partner for the Sales and Marketing team, as well as our Brand Partners, to extract revenue growth opportunities and drive decisions that deliver on our shareholder value proposition. In addition, we work collaboratively with the other CCEP teams to deliver the best outcomes for CCEP overall.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner – Brand Partners & Performance, the Senior Analyst (SA) will be responsible for helping to manage the Licensed portfolio’s performance management, planning and reporting processes, and will help provide commercial support to the Licensed FBPs and the Licensed sales team on an ad hoc basis.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING   

  • Responsible for partnering with the HOF Licensed, Sales Teams and Finance Business Partners in helping to develop and manage the periodic performance management, planning and reporting processes for the Licensed Portfolio. This includes the Sales and operational planning and business performance management processes.
  • Responsible for helping develop and monitor core value drivers and KPIs for Licensed, providing risk-adjusted financial analysis and insights into performance for stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the finance Brand Partner relationship by helping manage funding agreements as well as other contractual financial commitments.
  • Responsible for effectively collaborating with Sales, Marketing, supply chain and Brand partner teams to deliver commercial analysis and decision support required to enhance the customer value proposition and promotional activities for the Licensed product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to help drive the Licensed business planning process and produce budgets, forecasts as well as monthly performance reports.
  • Support the continuous analysis of Revenue drivers and Net Contribution of the licensed portfolio to help overall licensed business growth.
  • Collaborating across Licensed teams to help deliver division wide initiatives and projects and provide team coverage and support when required. 

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! 

  • Exposure to SAP system (desired) and Tableau reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial management with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience ideally in an FMCG environment.
  • University qualified (Finance/Business discipline)
  • Post graduate degree (CA/CFA/CPA) or working towards preferred.
  • Cross Functional experience working across Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Business Support function with ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to problem solve and curious mindset for investigation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
