The Strategy & Performance team is responsible for driving a clear articulation of the Technology strategy, delivering transparency to the business and key stakeholders to promote accountability and are recognised as a business partner able to identify, and deliver on solutions.
The team are experts in execution, simplification & efficiency and aim to enable the broader division to focus on the technology & business priorities by removing duplication and providing performance insights to enable optimal performance for the Technology function.

You will be responsible for the management and continual improvement of a seamless hiring process maintaining an up to date and accurate workforce database, plan and strategy.
With your insights and analytics capability, you will provide data, insights and reports to the broader team across its core workforce systems and functions including continual improvement and integration.
You will be required to partner with various stakeholders across the business including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, Technology Leadership and so on.
This role reports to the Workforce Lead Senior Manager.
In this role
You will be responsible for the tracking of progress for vacancies, approvals, fulfilment, and onboarding. You will also provide process and data management insights, reporting and expertise to automate, consolidate, or reconcile data between multiple sources. You will also be providing awareness of and adherence to correct people processes such as recruitment approvals.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Track progress for vacancies, approvals, fulfilment and onboarding of resources within Technology business teams
- Ensure awareness of and adherence to correct people processes such as recruitment guardrails & approvals
- Facilitate/attend regular governance and approval reviews with senior leadership, providing challenge and insights as appropriate
- Work with BU Partners to update and maintain the Workforce Plan and associated reporting and analysis
- Provide reporting and analytics expertise utilising multiple data sources for various stakeholders including our Leadership Team (including CBA India), and our Finance and HR Business Partners
- Support the Workforce Lead Senior Manager to enable the workforce strategy
- Prepare reporting & governance including workforce dashboard, insights, and analysis
- Escalate as appropriate any risks, issues, or conflicts as necessary
- Advocate continuous improvement principals to drive better outcomes across BU
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce planning
- Experience or willingness to learn automated data analytics tools sich as Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Power Bi or Similar tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in managing large data sets and teams who follow operational processes
- Demonstrated experience with the provision of insights to enable senior business leaders to make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills facilitating the application of workforce planning principles to deliver tailored, appropriate, and informed advice
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation and planning skills
