We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the S/4HANA Finance project. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of their transformation initiative, collaborating closely with Finance stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze current processes, and translate them into functional requirements. Your expertise will drive the optimization and automation of finance functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and more, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
As a key player in the team, you'll work hand-in-hand with technical teams to design and implement innovative solutions within SAP S/4HANA. Your analytical prowess will be tested during user acceptance testing, ensuring that solutions meet the highest quality standards and effectively address business needs.
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with around 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a finance role. Your strong understanding of financial accounting principles, coupled with your experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP, will set you up for success in this role.
