We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Technology Risk to join our team!
  
In this newly created role, as a Senior Analyst, Technology Risk, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-functional team uplifting Technology Risk Management maturity and supporting the delivery of products and solutions to our teams and clients.
  
Here’s more of what you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Technology Risk:

• Work directly with the Head of IT Risk to establish and subsequently manage the Technology Risk uplift program, including framework reviews, and uplift associated controls, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform end to end Technology risk assessments, identifying control weaknesses and gaps with accompanying remediation plans.
• Validate controls through design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Develop and own the suite of Technology Risk dashboards/reports to ensure we meet our compliance & regulatory requirements.
• Play a key part in driving an improved risk culture through coaching and supporting team members on risk management activities.
• Actively building and strengthening relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

  
As a Senior Analyst, Technology Risk, you will have the following skills and experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Technology Risk with proven experience assisting organisations to identify their technology controls gaps, perform control testing and offer appropriate remediation strategies in accordance with industry standards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
• subject matter expert in Technology Risk whilst driving continuous improvement in line with the GR&C framework and strategy.
• Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you have a genuine ability to engage and influence stakeholders towards positive change and you are ready to provide hands-on support to help deliver practical advice.

Although not required, any experience in the following would be highly desirable.

• Knowledge or prior experience working within, payments industry, ATM/EFT/POS technology, cards and finance or other regulated industries and/or 24x7 mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc
• Understanding of legal and regulatory privacy and security matters associated with the Banking and Finance Industry.
