We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect/2IC to spearhead our impressive portfolio of large and intricate construction projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee projects from the initial development application (DA) stage all the way through to final completion on-site. Your specialised knowledge in multi-unit residential, residential homes, childcares and seniors living projects will be crucial to driving our company's triumph. Job Role: Senior Architect/ Project Lead

• Minimum 8 years Australian experience
• Minimum 3 years Revit and or BIM experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Australian site experience on but not limited to Multi-residential buildings.
• Minimum Architectural qualification
• Past experience on but not limited to multi-residential, single houses, duplex, aged care, childcare  and commercial buildings will be preferred.
• Experience on construction documentation of the above mentioned building types is a must.
• Design practitioner licence (Architectural) is a plus but not a must.
• Ability to coordinate with site manager an respond to RFI’s.
