The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of Trainer/Assessors is to deliver training programs as set out by Asuria and in accordance with relevant contractual and compliance requirements. Trainer/Assessors are required to prepare, deliver and monitor student progress and provide support and guidance to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
We are looking for people who:
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent upgrade (essential)
- Have a current Working with Children's Check & National Police Check clearance (essential)
- Have experience in delivering training online via Zoom and facilitating self-paced studies
- Are engaging, positive, motivational and deliver to a strength-based approach
There is potential for this role to be expanded into a lead trainer position with course development duties for the right candidate.
