Our client is well-regarded across the well-designed, thoughtful but provocative public architecture in both metropolitan and regional spaces. They work across education, sporting facilities, public spaces, mixed-use, health and defence. This studio has seen exponential growth across a few sectors and are wanting to bolster its team as new projects keep flowing in and its brand is growing nationally.
Our client is looking for Project leaders or Architects who have worked across a range of typologies and have been involved in projects upwards of $40 million in build value. Ideally, the candidate would have worked on either defence, health, or sports facilities but they are open to anyone with apartment, mixed-use or any complex projects experience on projects upward of $40 Million.
In this role you will:
Coordinate the architectural design process and come up with different solutions, using graphics to communicate ideas
Create schematic, design development, or construction documents both independently and within a team environment
Collaborate with project teams on design development
Be actively involved in design and documentation reviews

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Have between 7 and 12 years of post-graduate experience in architecture and design
A minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience on Revit
Ideally, have experience working on mid-large scale projects.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a strong ability to solve problems and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Be a proactive and highly organised team player with excellent time management skills.
Have a strong portfolio that shows an eye for presentation and attention to detail.
Be keen interest in your own personal and professional development.
