Position Overview: CA Architects is currently hiring an experienced an Architect with a minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience to contribute to our growing organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment, working on diverse projects, and advancing your career in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. If required, a relocation package is available for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate solid design & documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from Masterplanning, Schematic Design to Post Contract Administration reflecting CA Architects commitment to quality and innovation
- Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results
- Liaise with clients, attend site inspections, and coordinate consultants and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Stay current on industry trends, codes, and best practices
- Continually seek opportunities for innovation and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in architectural design
- Proficient in Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong design skills, technical abilities, and innovative architectural solutions
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and proactive attitude
