AddressNovo Shoes Group is a leading Australian retail group specializing in women's fashion footwear. Novo Shoes is an affordable fashion shoe retailer with stores in Australia, New Zealand & Fiji. We have an amazing opportunity available as a Senior Area Manager in the Sydney area.
As the Senior Area Manager you will lead the retail team in achieving sales and operational results, whilst building a strong, sales driven culture and succession plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of stores across the Sydney CBD/Metro area.
- Leadership & mentoring of the store management team
- Business management of all aspects of store operations including budgets, sales, stock and wages optimization
- Assist with team member recruitment, development, performance management and succession planning.
- The direction of, and implementation of the brand’s Visual Merchandising directives
- Management of the consolidation of stock
- Driving a customer-centric environment throughout the store network
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
- Experience in Area/Multi site Management within a fast-moving fashion brand. Minimum 2 years.
- Outstanding business acumen & market awareness
- Strong people management & training skills
- Expertise in visual merchandising
- Exceptional time management skills
- A passion for delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
- A positive, can-do attitude
